Rick quit smoking successfully, here is his story
Now this section might not only have success stories, but it will have a day to day report of our members who wish to have their stories printed here. These don't only help smokers quit smoking with reference to other successful quitters but also keep the original quitter motivated as his/her story is being read by other members of our site and is a reference to other smokers.
This approach is definitely useful and will have great rewards for you in the future. If you are planning to quit smoking, email us at info (at) how-to-quit-cigarettes dot com and tell us about your plans so we can make arrangements for putting your story among other success stories here.
Hi, I visited your site a few days back while I was thinking about quitting. All the information on your site is really "right on the face" and truly motivating for me. I was initially thinking about putting together a blog where I can share my experiences with others, but then I thought I should ask you if you would be interested in adding my story to howtogiveupcigarettes.com
I am 30 years old and have been smoking for the last 10 years. I've had 2 packs a day, days but on an average I smoked around 1-1.5 packs a day. I smoked Marlboro (reds) and the first and last thing I did in a day was smoke cigarettes. I have tried a few times, tried different methods but always managed to get back to smoking. This time, I wanted to make sure that when I quit, it should be for good and after watching all the videos on your site I think I am more than ready. Here is my smoking history:
Location: Monmouth County, NJ
Smoking Since: 1999
Quit Date: March 12, 2009
Cigarette Brand: Marlboro Reds
# of Cigarettes (per day): 30 (1.5 pack)
Prior Quit Attempts: at least 5
Money Spent on Cigarettes (Daily): $11.00
Money Spent on Cigarettes (Monthly): $330.00
Money Spent on Cigarettes (Yearly): $3960.00
Total Money Spent on Cigarettes (Till Quit Date): $39,600.00 in 10 years
Rick will provide us with his experience on a day to basis for the first 15 days and then a monthly story till he is smoke free.
